1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kingdom Signage, LLC's software, websites, applications, media delivery systems, scheduling tools, device management features, workout display tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kingdom Signage provides a software platform for digital signage, fitness room displays, content scheduling, media playlist delivery, class schedule presentation, workout guidance, and related screen and room-based experiences.

3. Free Trial and No Refund Policy

Kingdom Signage offers a free trial so customers can evaluate the Service before purchase.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS, OR PRORATED REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you had an opportunity to test and evaluate the Service during the free trial period and accept the Service as-is at the time of purchase.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only as designed and only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to use it in a manner outside its intended workflows and supported functionality.

5. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

  • modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works of the Service
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
  • bypass licensing, authentication, security, or access restrictions
  • copy, resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • use the Service in a way that damages, disables, or overburdens the platform

6. Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update it when necessary.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Suspension

The Service is offered on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. You authorize recurring billing where applicable. Failure to pay may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of the Service.

8. Customer Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded media and content. You grant Kingdom Signage a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content, music, videos, images, trademarks, and materials you upload or cause to be displayed.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may be affected by maintenance, internet outages, third-party dependencies, local network conditions, device limitations, or other factors outside our control.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface design, workflows, branding, text, graphics, code, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Kingdom Signage, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINGDOM SIGNAGE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a harmful or unauthorized manner.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
